The hotel entrance is closed at 11:30, so remember not to stay too late.

Comfortable room, outdoor hot spring, reserved dinner and breakfast are super rich. What deserves special thanks is the warm service and selfless help of the hotel waiters! Because I brought my daughter to watch the fireworks display, but she didn’t know how to wear a yukata, I asked the hotel attendant for help. It was originally a hopeless last resort, but I got a positive and enthusiastic response and help: an old woman who works in a hotel helped my daughter dress, as enthusiastically as she treats her granddaughter, and even praised her kawaii after she was dressed; A foreign girl named Suzumi (maybe of Indian origin?) helped with the translation. 初めての湯河原温泉でした。温泉の温度が高すぎたけど、外の檜風呂は丁度良かったです。 お食事はどれも丁寧に作られていてとても美味しかったです！！量もちょうど良かったです。飲み物の料金がもう少しお安かったらもっと良かったです。 　外国のスタッフさんが多く皆さんとても親切で、親しみやすかったです^_^お世話になりましたm(_ _)m

若い子やファミリーが泊まるカジュアルな宿。食事はわりとシンプルで、凝った料理というよりは定番メニューを食べやすく提供。泊まった部屋は和室＋洋室でとても広かった。温泉は露天。湯河原駅から距離があるため、送迎がある。

夕食朝食の量がほどよく、味付けや食材は料金以上のクオリティでした。
