預訂的是雙電競房 第一 看看這鍵盤上不知道是有多久沒擦 甚至電競酒店的鍵盤都是按不動失靈 鼠標打人都能打到兵上去 還有一個就是 我不知道床頭設定這個開關是幹嘛的 在床上關燈還得跑門口去關 床邊插充電口衹有一個 竟然是雙電競房 肯定至少兩個人是吧

我提前4天預訂的，到的時候説沒有房間讓我們加錢換房間，那我提前預訂的意義何在呢，想着提前定好跟朋友一起好好玩下，沒想到會這樣。加錢也就算了，出來玩也不在乎這點錢，但是結果進去一看，還沒有打掃衞生等了一個多小時才來打掃衞生，説實話這就讓我很不爽了，一番收拾之後將近下午4點才算入住了，對此前台也就是説了聲抱歉，但是我們延遲退房就不行，就要收費，怎麼延遲入住就沒有任何補償呢，後來我找到平台投訴，前台的人還來威脅我們，讓人挺無語的，而且前台的態度極差。不過裏面的設備還是挺好的，住宿條件也挺好的。

總體體驗還不錯，主要前台接待態度有待改善，我提前一天預訂的普通五黑房，到了門店告訴我被人當天訂走了，叫我可以退錢走人。有麻將的五黑房加點錢都無所謂的，做生意，不要一副無所謂逐客的模樣。但是房間硬件設施，五張床，五台機，免費飲用水，空間確實很大很舒適。希望前台接待工作交接訊息準確一些，你不預留好，不然別人提前預訂的意義在哪。凡事講究先來後到吧。總體來説貴店設施硬件方面確實不錯。算是餘幹縣能排第一的電競酒店。提個建議，電腦座位換成電競椅更舒適些。
