I think I left my pants hanging in the hotel closet, but I think they would have contacted me if they had noticed, but there was nothing... I realized when I got home at night and contacted them, but it was late at night and the front desk was not there so I didn't know. The phone service was such that I didn't know if they would call me back, and when I called the next morning, they just said, ``We found it,'' and they didn't say anything about whether they had thought about contacting me or that they were sorry for not noticing it so late, and when I asked if they could send it to me and I could pay for it, they only said ``I understand.'' When I checked out at 10:00, the hotel asked me what my plans were after that, and I told them that I was looking for a parking lot and would still be sightseeing around the hotel before going back, but they said I could leave it in the hotel parking lot until before 1:00, so I left it until after 12:30, moved it to another parking lot and continued sightseeing, so I was around the hotel until around 4:00, and if they had contacted me right away I would have been able to go and get it, so I'm disappointed. Of course, it's my fault for leaving something behind, but wouldn't they normally contact me if they noticed it, like maybe it's still nearby? We had even talked about going sightseeing before we returned, and the parking lot didn't say we could leave it there all day because the next person was coming, so we should have noticed that we had left something behind by lunchtime... I was very satisfied with the hotel's response up until that point, and even left a note when we left, and we were planning to come back with the whole family again soon, but the subsequent response to our lost property, including when we noticed it and called to inquire, was terrible. Next time, I'll stay at a different hotel.

Every single thing on display was so cute and soothing. It wasn't luxurious or sophisticated, but had a warm and honest feel. Both dinner and breakfast were delicious, and I was happy to see that they enjoyed making them! There were many foreign staff members, but it was nice to see that they all loved Japan and were happy to work there! Thank you very much!
