"失望體驗，硬件瑕疵+服務拉垮難掩敷衍 此次岳陽温德姆花園酒店一晚的體驗，衹能用“差強人意”來概括——硬件有零星亮點，卻被致命瑕疵抵消；服務更是全程掉線，從入住到早餐的種種細節，完全配不上温德姆的品牌背書。 一、硬件：亮點微弱，瑕疵致命 客觀來説，酒店硬件並非一無是處：床品與枕頭的支撐性、柔軟度尚可，能保證基礎睡眠質量；行政房配備的免費飲料吧枱，品類也算常規夠用。但衞浴體驗的拉垮，直接讓旅途疲憊雪上加霜。 洗澡時水温始終徘徊在30度左右，即便開到最大熱度，水温甚至都不及恆温泳池，更離譜的是花灑，越洗水温越涼，頭頂的大花灑出水稀稀拉拉，水流分散如“殘次品”，嘗試用浴缸泡澡，接滿所謂“最熱的水”，沒過幾分鐘就變涼，完全失去泡澡的意義。 電視投屏也是虛設，投屏5分鐘後開始出現要求付費的二維碼，頭一次遇到住酒店電視投屏還要客人自己付費的！簡直離譜！ 二、服務：意識缺失，細節見敷衍 如果説硬件瑕疵是“先天不足”，那服務的混亂就是“後天擺爛”，全程踩雷不斷： 1. 入住的“虛假升級”烏龍：辦理入住時，前台主動告知“給您升房成行政大床”，我明確表示“本身預訂並付款的就是行政大床房費用”，前台佯裝查詢後才説“無法再升級”。平白上演這一出，若客人記不清預訂房型，豈不是還要謝謝你們免費升級？這種“偽福利”式溝通，不僅無意義，更顯服務的不專業。 2. 早餐的“離譜操作”三連擊：早餐標註10:00結束，我們9:40入場時，很多餐枱已空盤，詢問服務員能否補餐，得到“不再補貨”的明確答覆——餐品本就不多，剩下的全是冰冷殘羹，與其如此，不如直接將結束時間提前，也不該讓未遲到客人有這樣的待遇； 更讓人憤怒的是：9:50時咖啡機旁無一衹咖啡杯（陶瓷帶杯把），服務員稱“全拿去洗了”，要求我用無把手的玻璃杯接滾燙咖啡，當我提出“有燙傷風險”，並詢問整個酒店難道一衹陶瓷杯都沒有嗎，哪怕用茶杯先替代也行，對方直言“我們咖啡杯拿去洗就衹能給你們用玻璃杯，玻璃杯用完才有其他替代”，完全無視客人安全與體驗，服務太死板。（最後在我的強烈要求下，才勉強拿了兩衹茶杯過來，但溝通過程非常不愉快） 最絕的是10:00一到，服務員秒速撤走所有餐品，現場還有三四桌客人正在用餐，是否應該起碼提前5分鐘提示即將收餐；反觀用餐區，從我們入場到離開，很多桌的剩飯碟碗始終無人清理，“收餐快、收盤慢”的反差，盡顯服務優先級的混亂。待我們10:10準備離開時，早餐區大門已緊閉，衹能自己摸索開門按鈕，全程感受不到半分酒店的服務温度。 三、總結：品牌口碑下的敷衍，不推薦！ 作為岳陽排名靠前的高檔酒店，岳陽温德姆花園既沒有匹配品牌的硬件品控，更缺乏基本的服務意識。無論是衞浴的功能性缺陷，還是從入住到早餐的一系列敷衍操作，都讓體驗淪為空談。"
