環境一般，地理位置好，但是那個矮個子的女的，不知道是老闆還是大堂經理，真是次到家了，第一天我們晚上10點到的，房間在二樓，領着長者和孩子一共兩個箱子，讓她幫忙拿一個，直接來個服務員都下班了，她自己拿不了，問個岳陽樓幾點關門，愛搭不理的，去房間後淋浴放不出熱水，打電話還是這個女的接的，問了幾句就説不知道，反正服務員就這麼告訴她的，話沒説完就掛電話，本來定了兩天，第二天一早果斷提前退房，這種人要是老闆那真是活該客棧差評多，要是顧的員工，也是老闆倒黴，第二天一早退房時前台一個服務員明顯比她強太多，同樣的箱子人家啥話沒説就幫忙拿下來了

酒店位置好，就在岳陽樓景區大門對面，散步到洞庭湖邊巴陵廣場就分分鐘的事。房間復古中式，乾淨無異味，開窗就是步行街，不覺得吵鬧很靜。非常滿意的一次選擇。
