2人入住要前台送一份早餐都不肯，最後我衹能拿着訂單本身就有的一份讓我女兒一人去吃。對這個酒店很失望。差評。

我們進入酒店後，辦理入住，前台熱情，裝修也很現代，房間乾淨整潔，舒適自在。服務質量：工作人員非常熱情友好，前台還有飲品現做的，還有零食可以在房間自助下單，酒店給送到房間，可以説服務周到。無論是入住時的接待，還是在入住過程中遇到問題，他們都能及時提供幫助，讓我感受到了貼心的關懷，前台小姐姐善，服務到位。

酒店離東站很近，去岳陽10分鐘，很容易找到。前台服務很貼心，幫忙拿行李安排的房間很滿意，高樓層有大窗，通風效果很好。中央空調很給力，環境很好，設施設備齊全，早餐豐富。
