設施：差，破舊。沒空調，很悶很熱。一整晚沒睡
衞生：差，房間有很久之前的垃圾。枕套破爛，床單污漬
環境：差，早餐難吃，東西少
服務：差。辦理入住的前台服務態度差已經敷衍
爆米花:沒送
晚安粥:沒送
所有問題反饋了之後沒有任何解決。

給我們升級了套房，客廳還有投影儀和衞生間，卧室也有電視和衞生間，服務很好，進大廳就給我們倒上熱水，還有小朋友免費的爆米花，早餐還有現做米粉和麪，100多的價格，超出預期！！
