岳陽不多的國際連鎖，設施環境維護還不錯。正對洞庭湖，環境沒得説，家人都很滿意。400多的價錢性價比很高。
入住前Nancy致電提前溝通需求，都一一滿足了，感謝！這是加分項。
不足：所在地段離景點30分鐘路程，適合自駕的旅客。
有室內和室外泳池，但要換手環才能提供一條毛巾，不解。
早餐品種與質量還有提升空間。

總的來説還行，但和其他的鉑爾曼酒店對比還是有差距，比如早餐的種類和味道。再就是床單感覺有點潮濕，房間説是觀景房，但看到的景不是照片上的景。都説這是岳陽最好的酒店，希望再接再厲，精益求精吧

來住這個酒店就是因為有泳池，小朋友的最愛，水也很乾凈。剛入住，我們的Nancy小姐姐看到小朋友貼心地看有幾個小朋友，並拿了小童洗漱用品。環境很不錯，工作人員都很貼心，不錯的選擇

因為是夏天入住房間有蚊子。服務和一線城市的相比較還是有待提高。畢竟是星級酒店嗎！我們入住時間是夏天，室外游泳池的開放時間有限制。
