我們主要來岳陽是看大熊貓的，所以這個酒店的位置很好，離大熊貓苑很近，打車起步價，旁邊就是別墅區很安靜，而且酒店的檔次在當地應該是最好的了。説説服務，我們因為到的比較早，前台也很友好得讓我們提前入住了，而且在離開時還贈送了他們酒店木質的房卡留作紀念，入住期間打掃也很及時，服務還是很滿意的。房間裏有陽台，對面就是洞庭湖，夏天入住能看到湖水，我們4月份去的還是草，夏天景色應該更好，走廊裏設計是中空開放的不是門對門所以沒有壓迫感很寬敞，這點很舒服讓人，房間內的紙類用品我覺得選品還是有品質的，房間也比較大，住着很舒服，以後如果還來岳陽看熊貓還會再入住這裏的～

我多次入住岳陽鉑爾曼酒店，每次感受都非常好，此次入住時，由於預訂訊息重複，前台工作人員吳晗及時協調處理，極短時間解決了重複預訂的問題，並在她工作權限內給我升級了房間。吳晗不僅專業能力強，親和力和應變能力也非常突出。此次體驗非常好。👍

酒店很大也很氣派，來岳陽出差要住一晚，本來訂的是大床房，前台Daisy小姐姐幫我升級成了豪華湖景房，房間設施也很不錯，很乾凈，床也很舒服，夜晚在小陽台吹吹洞庭湖來的小風，也很愜意

總體還可以，第一次來岳陽，所以不知其他五星級酒店的情況，不能作比較。前台服務整體都很好，很熱情，客房送餐服務也不錯。有兩點小問題，一是洗澡水壓太低，水流太小；二是客房服務員服務意識有待提高，本就很窄的走廊，客人走過打掃車的時候，服務員還在給車裡的垃圾桶內倒客房垃圾，這個應該注意避讓的。
