酒店大堂乾淨寬敞明亮，前台有免費的冷飲，前台Daisy服務好不僅熱情，而且效率高。入住時有禮賓幫忙搬行李，很是體貼，看得出來酒店管理不錯，每位員工臉上都洋溢着笑容，停車免費，住得很滿意！

房間訂的是八百多帶泳池的！衝著這個去的. 酒店位置比較偏僻. 酒店並不是五星級. 掛五星和準五星是有區別的！酒店整體陳舊.房間泳池是後加的. 和其他設施並不匹配. 最關鍵的我來説一説吧. 房間的衞生死角還是有部分頭髮. 地板不乾淨. 浴室的洗浴用品瓶子很臟！ 1.晚上我兒子洗澡的時候瓶子差點打到身上. 打了三個電話 等了很久才來人.客房看了之後也不問問情況 直接説賠錢. 賠30元！真的是極高的態度！這是安全隱患. 砸到小孩怎麼辦？2.房間的泳池水並沒有換. 你們説9點換水. 我等到凌晨三點多都沒看見有人換水. 真的是邋遢！ 幾句話能打發客人！ 沒換水就沒換 還要騙人！ 3. 我帶兩個小孩辦入住. 酒店説送一份早餐. 有點好笑. 你要不就別送 我兩個小孩你送一份！ 另一個看着吃嗎？ 我小孩一個八歲一個十歲. 説實話能吃了你餐廳嗎？ 一個早餐能吃了你多少？ 後來餐廳沒去 一個都不吃. 在電梯裏聽到別的客人説早餐品種非常少 口味差 不像一個人五星級的酒店早飯. 這次來酒店還好衹訂了一晚！ 我們在岳陽呆了三天. 這家是最差的！ 我們家旅遊比較多. 每次都帶了小孩. 這一次孩子都説比較差了. 可想而知吧！ 評論是真實感受！建議大家還是慎重選擇！
