酒店品質超出預料之外，19年裝修的整個酒店和房間都很乾凈整潔，就連玻璃上一點水漬都沒有，前台和搞衞生的阿姨服務都非常好，笑臉迎接，而且自助早餐也乾淨好吃，重點是五一的時候性價比高啊。位置雖然城陵磯離市區有點距離，但是周邊飯店葯店超市都有，燒烤店都好幾家，隔壁有一家湘菜館網網故事，他家的魚非常好吃，不足的就是停車每次需要前台打開欄桿。

環境不錯，套房是一室一廳兩衞。
酒店設施檢查不到位，房門從外面不刷卡就可以打開，需要改進，及時檢查。

酒店干淨，住起來很舒適，看起來一塵不染。
隔音好，洗澡唱歌的在外面也沒聽見。
早餐味道地道，粉和面都是必吃的，每天都有3款水果，新鮮豆漿好喝。酸咸小前菜，味道剛好，不咸不淡，香口配粉面剛剛好！
下次再來岳陽還要來住。

為了到城陵磯吃燒烤特意訂的酒店，停車方便，周圍有益豐大葯房，有零食店，有水果店，有很多餐飲店，酒店的自助早飯也不錯！蘭亭閣的這個價位對比質量服務真的很不錯！很滿意！
