作為岳陽的門户酒店，裝修風格古典。前台管家李明芳服務非常周到。有一件小事非常能體現酒店服務品質。當一輛小車駛近大門口時，一位服務員快速的上前輕輕挽住一位剛出酒店大門的長者家，以防發生意外，非常有愛心，值得稱讚👍

大堂環境很好，房間很乾凈，設施看起來都還蠻新的，前台小姐姐鍾丹、吳歆萱服務態度很好，還送了一份下午茶，六點才去，但服務人員都一直在補貨，不會出現後來的沒有的情況，推薦試試。

房間挺乾淨，衹是有怪味，隔音效果不好，隔壁還是樓上的水流聲很大。早餐還可以，品種比較多。服務也還好。
