民宿離岳陽樓就隔一條馬路，晚上看完表演，馬上就可以到。地理位置非常好，周邊餐飲店很多。早上還可以去洞庭湖跑個步，好愜意。
民宿還有電梯可以直達。挺方便的。打開窗子就看到綠色的樹，很舒服呀。晚上也沒覺得吵。那個空調可以看下是不是要修一下有點摩擦聲，其他沒問題。

這次出來旅行體驗感最差的一家旅館！環境衞生臟亂差，衞生間門都關不上，洗澡和坐便器中間連一張塑料布都沒有隔斷，空調好多房間全部都是壞掉的，而且空調裏面全部都是灰塵臟的要命，換了好幾個房間總算有一個房間空調好一點，但是西曬太陽熱的要命，這叫小旅館的老闆還不讓一直開空調，説是開着空調不安全，真的是好奇葩。曬衣服的衣架鐵絲的，而且還是生銹的。實在沒法形容比小旅館還要差勁建議平台不要給這家店做廣告什麼幸福之家，簡直是糟糕透頂。

本來是衝著評分還可以的網評才訂的這家客棧的，但是實際上不怎麼樣。優點是離岳陽樓近，衞生打掃得還算乾淨，附近吃飯的地方多，但是物價也奇高。缺點就多了，第一靠路邊，隔音效果差一點，這點可以忍受，第二，窗户都被高大的梧桐樹擋住了，根本不像網上説的，天台上就可以看到洞庭湖景，第三房間設施老舊，急需裝修，第四，當我跟服務員提出要更換更新一點的房間時，服務員找各種理由説不能換😭
