房間設施齊全，前台文慧服務態度非常好，接聽電話特別耐心，跟別的酒店很不一樣。早餐品種豐富，房間設施新，床品舒服，總體物超所值，是一次非常滿意的體驗。酒店裡麪停車很方便還有充電樁，風景也好，晚上散步特別舒服。

酒店裝修後硬件不錯，房間冷氣足，服務人員普遍熱情，周邊環境優美。缺點是早點不豐富，且今天在3號樓吃，明天就在4號樓吃，且通知不及時。明明酒店後門直通南湖步行觀光道，卻得提前在總枱告知服務員開門，開門既不及時也有時間漏洞，説是為了保障酒店安全，其實不安全也不方便，酒店房卡刷卡就應該能直接開門。另外，三面臨湖的酒店，居然不設定面湖房間，估計是都留給內部接待領導了。建議政府接待酒店的管理者，既然對外經營，就少點官氣，多些服務意識！
