很大的停車場，外地遊客住這裏停車非常方便。該賓館距離岳陽火車站大約1.5公里，距離岳陽樓大約2公里，周圍很多餐飲，出行遊玩很方便。

避雷，超級避雷，附近酒店都沒了，昨天臨時定的酒店，晚上燈光昏暗看的不是清楚，早上才發現衞生非常噁心，到處都是臟兮兮的，不知道怎麼下腳，廁所都是陳年污垢，半夜一尿騷味，隔音效果差，樓上一直有超大的關門聲，超級避雷，超級超級避雷千萬不要住
