房間衞生程度令人堪憂，衞生間一直有異味，衣櫃裏還有很臟很臟的被子和枕頭，沒有及時處理掉。還有跳蚤和蟲，家人被咬得一塌糊塗，下次再也不會選擇這家了

位置優越交通便利，高鐵站出門3公里就到了。酒店設施齊全，房間乾淨整潔，住的很舒服。前台人員服務都很好，很主動，熱情。及時推薦雁盪山的每個景區 景點安排時間 以及注意事項，很暖，早餐在負一樓，早餐品種多，有主食 點心 水果 牛奶 粗糧等等，吃的住的都很滿意 個人覺得性價比蠻高的
房間用品非常乾淨利索，設施齊全舒適讓人享受。早上推窗可見小鳥嘰嘰喳喳在唱歌，真是太好了，會推薦小夥伴的！

#好評#對隔音，性價比，鄰近店舖，房間大小，酒店氣味，梳洗用品滿意；房间设施齐全，很新，房间大，家庭房空间很大，一张2米的大床和一张1.2米的单人房，服务人员素质高，有关于任何雁荡山游玩的问题都会不厌其烦的回答，也很专业，早餐品种丰富，房间设施新，床品舒服，总体物超所值，是一次非常满意的体验，下次还会再来的

5.1堵車，到店已經晚上了，離遊客中心走進去1km多吧；門口道路對面有停車位；房間內比較乾淨整潔，陽台移門需要維護下，底下輪子和軌道不是很匹配了。
