房間有小陽台可以看見山，山景美麗，下雨天仙氣飄飄。院子裏歪脖子樹好評，魚缸略臟了，雙人鞦韆很喜歡。茶室免費喝茶，服務員姐姐人很好，多方面為我們考慮，訂的房間還給我們選是要朝南還是要有陽台看山景。粗略介紹怎麼玩，怎麼乘車，下雨天借傘等等。
早餐豐盛四個小鹹菜味道很好，我都想要連結黃泥螺沒泥沙很鮮不腥，豆腐乳不鹹略甜，鹹菜是帶筍絲那種。耗油生菜跟我在廣州澳門香港早茶吃的差不多好，糕甜糯，小饅頭鬆軟，肉包子麪粉緊實自家做的味道肉餡新鮮帶絲甜，甘蔗很清甜。豆漿加小米這味道都有點咖啡奶茶口感了。小餛飩也很好吃，晚飯可以預訂要付錢，野生溪蝦溪螺鮮，燒雞好吃青菜也新鮮。還送了文旦桔子花生還有個啥，每天瓶裝水管夠，出門都問要不要水非常貼心。

出門右轉就是靈峯景區，非常方便。房間乾淨舒適，陽台上就可以看到旁邊的山景。老闆人很熱情，做的飯超級好吃，記得要提前預約，等我再來呦～

小院佈置得典雅温馨，老闆娘熱情貼心，每天的早餐很豐盛，有粥或者拌麪，還有精緻的小菜和水果，還在這裏吃了一餐晚飯，味道很好，從環境到餐食都體現出用心，讓雁盪山之旅更加舒心愉快，推薦！

小院子整理得很雅意，每個角落非常用心，低調卻恰到好處。管家大姐應該有潔癖，房間衞生做得清清爽爽。特別讚一讚他們家的被子，超級舒適和温暖！！第二天早餐是既健康營養，搭配用心，還有廚娘現做的當地特色“麥餅”（好好吃哦[色]），饅頭也是手工做的[強][強]。有緣遇上女主人，還與主人約茶聊生活，是一位謙遜專業的民宿文旅人士的感覺，不錯。性價比很高，值得推薦。
