床品舒適，乾淨衞生，房間古樸典雅，都是上好的紅木傢俱。地段極好，就在景區裏面的門口，可以多住幾天，享受一下山裡的清新空氣。老闆夫婦非常客氣！

小院毗临大灵湫景区入口50米，进入景区特別便捷。定的是家庭房，2张大床，床的软硬度非常棒，比自己家的床还舒服。房间非常安靜。坐便自动智能型，干湿分离，双洗手台。洗发护发沐浴露是欧州进口的品牌，可以放心使用，不用担心是低端品牌会伤害头皮或皮肤。这里的水都是山泉水，可以放心饮用。
住宿时老板貼心的给熬制了银耳红枣莲子羮，出去游玩回來，老板也貼心地给熬制了紅豆糖水，一直記得我的母亲是糖尿病患者，特意給留的是沒有加糖的，特別周到，很感动哟！晚上，老板还特意將柜子中的檀香木雕开了个缝隙，说有助于我母亲的睡眠。出去游玩时，了解了我母亲的身体状况后，制定了一个合理的旅行线路，並且还贴心地给了一个登山杖。处处都体现了老板的細心，貼心，耐心。离店时老板还给了红木筷子做礼品。
早餐虽然简单，但也营养很丰富，早上保证会有8盘享用，有：小米大米杂粥、山鸡蛋，咸鸭蛋、家乡小炒菜、咸菜、花生米、小虾皮、主食（饅頭，花卷，米糕）、其它（地瓜，玉米．．）
老板最初是做家具生意，后来做导游，是雁荡山第一代导游哟，所以雁荡山旅游一定要让老板給规划一下线路，决对会让你玩得轻松舒心一些。

這家木雕主題的民宿太棒啦，老闆夫婦人都特別和善，他們家煮的銀耳湯特別好喝；金絲楠木房的陽台很大很舒服，走到陽台就能看到像彌勒佛一樣的山景；老闆娘的古箏彈得也別好，會把我們所有的雜念都“洗乾淨”了，非常推薦。
