訂了特價房，無任何要求直接升級高級房5，電子密碼鎖，裏面環境乾淨整潔，房間是單獨的很安靜，裏面設備齊全，性價比超高！
旁邊是凈名谷景區，後面直通三折瀑布景區！

設施有點老了，應該建成很多年了，整體感覺還不錯，房間很分散，所以不會吵，早餐比想象中要好，畢竟是在山裡。

小別墅依山而建，層層疊疊大概有二十多棟，在雁盪山景區裏面，天然森林氧吧，門口的免費停車場也很大（還有4個電車充電區）。
