以下是酒店問題與不足之處：1）設備不齊全：新開3個月左右的酒店；房間有很大異味；但沒有任何空氣凈化器等設備來處理；把客人與基層員工當行走炭包。2）服務意識淡薄：入住當時14:00左右反映過房間窗外巨形鼓風機聲音很吵影響睡眠，起初員工告知晚上會換掉不影響客人睡覺；但是到了晚上21:00點多還在發生巨響，經攜程第三方投訴後才得到重視開始解決問題。3）管理混亂：客人車鑰匙不慎丟失在前台沙發，提前也給前台知會了一經發現車鑰匙就通知我們，前台告知沒有人撿到，我們自己去找的時候調取監控發現正好能照到我們車的監控壞了；前台沙發也是在監控之外；總之是看不到。最後在另外一個前台找到了（2個前台之間相互不交流只有保安大姐知道丟失的東西放在哪個前台）。總結問題根本：問題出在管理層，管理層沒有培訓到位；就讓基層員工上崗，讓基層員工頂巨大壓力與巨大工作量。優點：基層員工很熱情；特別是保安大姐；在監控找不到的情況下；幫我們一一詢問她各部門同事；最後是找到了車鑰匙，非常感謝她；但是由此證明，管理層真的混亂不堪，都沒有工作流程，衹靠基層員工一腔熱血在工作，這樣像保安大姐一直幫客人人工一一詢問找鑰匙；找衣服；每天這樣幹活，她不要累死了，基層員工也是人；也感謝前台小哥；客人反饋問題了；也很積極努力想辦法幫客人解決問題，我們住了很多酒店，總結下來，管理層應該重視工作流程管理，每個崗位每個部門按照工作流程配合好，按司其職，崗位培訓工作一定要完善，這樣員工與客人都會很舒心。
