有點老，房間也比較小，但是最大的問題是床太硬而且咯吱咯吱響。不過老闆娘挺熱情的，節假日出行也沒辦法，就這樣了。

工作人員熱心熱情，有問必答，服務意識強。酒店位置好，性價比高，離景交車站非常近，若步行到靈峯也就十幾分鍾，不管是環遊景區還是坐免費車回高鐵站，都很便捷。

五嶽三山之一的雁盪山形成於1.2億年前的火山噴發，被譽為“流紋巖天然博物館”。所住賓館地理位置絕佳靠近靈峯景區步行可至，去其它景區坐公共交通也非常方便；賓館為家庭經營，老兩口和藹可親有求必應，女兒熱情大方，推薦了最佳旅行路線並贈送了早餐；賓館衞生良好，24小時熱水洗浴方便，院內停車安全、寵物友好是愛寵人士的不二選擇，也是旅遊休息的好去處。

這個酒店離主街吃飯的地方非常近，但是是稍微拐進去一點。有點鬧中取靜的感覺，條件整體還不錯。春節的時候這個價格也十分合理。
