Our experience at The Quality Inn was above our expectations. They were recently bought out, changing from The Travellodge, into The Quality Inn. Service was acceptable, didnt go above & beyond, but definitely satisfied the needs that we did ask for. They off laundry services, as in they have a laundry room with 3 washers, and 3 dryers. $4.00 to complete the washing & drying. They also have a pool, with access from 10am-10pm. Overall cleanliness of the whole facility. The only complaint that I actually had about the entire place was the fact that when the housekeeping would come in and housekeep, they failed to clean the floors every single time. They have hard wood floors in their rooms, so when I would walk barefooted, my feet turned black. And the bedding is pure white, so I didnt realize until my husband and I laid down. That was very disappointing. I also brought it to housekeeping attention, and they STILL failed to clean the floors. Overall, I would recommend the hotel to all my friends and family. They prices were definitely reasonable, and the accommodations are just what anyone who is staying in a hotel is looking for.
