房間很大很舒服，服務態度也挺好，如果洗衣服務能完善一下就更好了（例如多準備兩台洗衣機或者安排送洗服務）。總體來説，衹是用來中轉休息還是挺好的

入住後房間空調不製冷 辦理入住時問了早餐時間 被告知是早上七點到九點 第二天八點二十到達餐廳已經沒有東西了 問了服務員説是沒有了 而且不會補 後面陸陸續續又來了很多客人 看到沒有早餐 也在諮詢 服務員才去問的説可以給補 八點五十再次下樓看到補了一些東西 進去吃了一些 在吃的同時 九點後廚上了很多吃的 原來是工作人員的餐食 這個服務很是一般

去雁門關臨時訂的酒店，新開的酒店房間設施都很新，酒店的服務非常好，雖然酒店的硬件並達不到正真的五星標準，但是性價比還是極高的
