1.衞生極差：洗手間有蒼蠅，馬桶圈都是污漬；2.床上爬着蟲子；3.網上預訂完全沒説需要按金，到店辦理入住需要付款按金，入住和退房都極為麻煩，什麼年代了都，搞得跟落後10年似的；4.早餐筷子一股味兒，一吃一個不吱聲；住過最差勁的酒店，沒有之一

Unexpectedly, when the whole family got ready to go to bed after taking a bath, the husband discovered that there were four small black bugs crawling on and inside the white quilt on his bed. The child said: "Dad, I just saw a bug on my quilt, and I pinched it to death with a napkin." After hearing this, the husband immediately took a flashlight and shined it on the wall and the ground. He was shocked when he saw it. There were also several living and crawling bugs and dead bug corpses on the wall and ground. It looked very disgusting. He said, "Don't we Are you going to sleep in a wormhole tonight?” I called the front desk immediately, and the front desk sent a waiter to look at it and then asked us to change rooms. So we started a new round of packing. We originally wanted to go to bed early, but because of the bug incident, we kept going back and forth until after 11 o'clock in the evening. I just want to say about this hotel that if the cleaning is done carefully, problems can be discovered early, instead of exposing the problems after guests check in. If a guest has to change rooms after checking in due to the fault of the hotel and delays the guest's rest, why not offer two bottles of mineral water to the guest as an apology?
