天花板是破的，石灰掉在床上。枕套有黴點。衞生間馬桶蠟黃，毛巾是黑的。淋浴房的水温是沒法調正的，一會兒冷，一會兒燙，水温還沒調好，底下的水已經要把腳面蓋住了。衞生紙衹有一小捲兒。沒有抽紙。水衹有兩瓶，如果需要補充，3元錢一瓶。服務人員説話很生硬，非常不友好。聽介紹，她還是賓館裏的主管。
