I extended my stay the next day and went to the front desk to pick up a breakfast ticket. None of the two ladies took the initiative to give me the room card processing results. When I arrived at the door of the room, I couldn't open the door. I had to go back downstairs and find the front desk to deal with it. No one apologized to me for this.
