服務態度差，酒店地下停車閘機故障導致擁堵，開閘機互相推諉，仍向住客收取停車費，選擇此酒店需慎重。

房間乾淨整潔，寬敞明亮，前台服務人員態度好，停車場足夠大，應該算是元江比較好的酒店了，電梯間可能是設計問題，比較不好找，餐廳燈光有些暗，早餐品種豐富，口味尚可，收拾餐具不太及時，可能是人手不足，但門口坐一個衹管收早餐券的，我認為就不太合適了
