Были в этом замечательном сказочном месте в январе 2025 года с семьей (2взр+2детей). Бронировали юрту, юрту нам дали на высоком расположении, что дало нам шикарный вид на горы, на заснеженные сосны и ущелье. Решили мы сами добраться до места, но по дороге застряли, машина не смогла подняться, поэтому советую брать трансфер у них. Водитель Руслан сразу приехал и забрал нас. Юрта максимально выполнена в этно-стиле, все материалы эко, (дерево, войлок), все продумано до мелочей. Постельное белье белоснежное, хрустящее. Юрта отапливается электр-ми обогр-ми, при желании можно попросить растопить печку дровами (мы топили сами), что создает еще больший уют. Полотенца, халат, тапочки, зубн.набор и набор для бритья предоставляются, минибар пополняется. Воду можно пить из под крана, вода наичистейшая и бесценная. Дают свои фирменные сладости из талкана, ммм изумительные, их можно приобрести в ресторане за небольшую сумму. Завтрак разнообразный (включен в стоимость), в ресторане подаются блюда как национальной, так и европейской кухни. Баром особо не пользовались, но есть многое. Есть прогулочные дороги по горам, рекомендую гулять после завтрака каждый день. Рядом находится одноименная горнолыжная база. Так же можно бесплатно пострелять из лука. Обслуживающий персонал очень внимательный, доброжелательный, интеллигентный, ненавязчивый. Все одеты в красивые национальные формы, что радует глаз. Особая благодарность гостевому менеджеру Мирлану, за то что устраивает национальные игры в ресторане во время ужина, рассказывает и объясняет всем гостям из разных стран правила и значимость игр. Это бесценный труд. За ужином и завтраком играют на фортепиано, дают подарки за участие в играх. В общем я горжусь и восхищена этим местом, где переплелись девственность, красота нашей природы и бережный умный подход цивиллизации. Спасибо всем за уютный отдых. Прилетали из Турции

There’s plenty of food available. I think this is the only restaurant near to our cable car adventure. The price is okay as it reflects the beauty of the surroundings and location. Foods we ordered taste great. Staffs are kind and helpful. Nice ambiance as well.

Had a great stay, surrounded by nature & clear fresh air, great view from the room. Was staying in the top row ( room 13) which has the best view unfortunately out of WiFi range. The rooms do not have intercom service so you need to call or message the receptionist for any complaints or requests. Walking the step is a pain especially if you are staying in the top row. ( small step) You will need help to carry your luggage up the steps. Breakfast is way minimally & available. Bed are comfortable but not the pillows Restaurant has a selection of local & European menu. They have a small play area for kids and adult can enjoy horse riding at extra cost. Staff are good & hardworking.

Beautiful views all around. Fresh air, nice yurts, great food. Pitiful playground, no benches. The observation point has no shadow, no benches, no grass. Definitely, compound needs some improvement. Children would love some standard playground equipment. Adults would appreciate some benches.

Perfect combination of comfort, Kyrgystan yurt experience and breathtaking views. If you are a sucker for lovely sunset and sunrise do stay here and watch it from the comfort of your bed. There are various activities to do but I prefer the hike and saw the absolute stunning views. The food is amazing and the staff is warm and welcoming

Remote place that has very nice views in the middle of wilderness. Staff found helpful and polite. The restaurant has various food offerings, authentic & European. It is important to mention that there is a big difference between cabins and rooms with balconies. The cabins do not offer WiFi, nor telephones, nor TV, nor closet, nor safe. The cabin is a very basic room with barely basic offerings. The water heater lasts for 3 minutes shower only then it gets as cold as ice. The cabin has very poor curtains (short). You need to be careful not to bump your head with the water heater when entering the bathroom. The road to this place is very bumpy and without lights, making it a bit risky to drive through the night. We will come back again but we will chose the uper rooms with balcony.

I have been several times to the hotel. It offers a very nice experience for a peaceful weekend with the family. It has a very nice view to enjoy the nature. The breakfast was on a good level considering the emphasis is on ethnographic elements. The restaurant has a wide variety and delicious. I can always recommend a visit to the hotel.
