Perfect for one or two people. Reasonably equipped. Really quiet and responsive owners. It’s in a residential neighborhood but that wasn’t a problem.

Pleasant stay
Robert is a great host and very accommodating to our needs. He was able to assist when we need to add an extra day to the trip. The apartment was very clean and has all the amenities for a long weekend trip. The place is very close to Ann Arbor for those visit their students at University of Michigan.
