可能冬天旅遊淡季，客人比夏季少了很多，早餐菜品少了很多，服務員也少，豆漿機裏沒有水了，沒能及時換水桶。續租要求做客房衞生，回來發現沒有做衞生，衹給了一筒紙巾，幾瓶水。入住時，由於下大雨，要求住靠近大門的1棟2棟，前台員工似乎有些不高興的樣子，因為她已經寫好門卡了，估計有點懶得改。建議冬天餐廳開暖氣，不然還沒等吃完，盤子裏的菜都冰涼涼了。

服務真的和環境是巨大的反差，打電話問了距離景區多遠説是很近，確實很近在出口，叫車都沒有應答的，酒店有觀光車，問前台能不能送一下直接説送不了，明明就有服務人員在就是不提供方便，我就不信好幾輛車就是在那用來看的。

環境不錯，靠着森林公園，很安靜，早上在走一下步道很舒服。房間是中式裝修，大氣雅緻。
送了景區門票，如果能提供一些更詳細的旅遊訊息就更好了。
有接待旅遊團客，人多會有點混亂，早餐可以加強一些
