In my personal experience of two meals in one hotel, the dinner was the richest. Although it was crab-themed, each person had a whole crab, other fish, and a lot of pot dishes. In the end, we couldn't finish it all, so the enthusiastic shopkeeper helped us take out the crab meat that we couldn't eat and shape it into 8 rice balls to serve as snacks for the next day.
The hot springs are very good and the pool area is large. Both men's and women's hot springs have indoor and outdoor parts. It happens to be snowing in January, and there is nothing more wonderful in the world than soaking in the hot springs while enjoying the cold wind of Wakasa Bay.
Most of the tourists are locals, so it's a very authentic experience. Thank you to the store

The inn is a renovated 100yearold traditional house The floors have been replaced but the walls and furniture are still in use to preserve the original buildings flavor I have four cats on the second floor Cats never come to the first floor but on rare occasions their fur may fly Please refrain from staying if you have a severe allergy to cats If you like cats please give it a try

I was able to stay comfortably with my dog with 5 family members! It's an old folk house, but it's very well managed and the bath was the best with ore and yuzu wooden baths!

Unfortunately, the adjacent hot spring was under construction on the day we stayed. The hotel seemed old, but the interior was clean and well-maintained.
