Отель находится в очень тихом и живописном месте. Все прекрасно и замечательно было нам во время проживания. Белоснежное постельное, Чистый бассейн, вежливый и улыбчивый персонал. Единственный минус в том, что нам до сих пор не вернули депозит в размере 78$, который мы оплатили при заселении. Связаться с отелем по этому вопросу не получилось. Надеюсь что крупный отель с весомым именем не поступит не красиво и все же вернет депозит на карту…

The room was cleaned and friendly staff. However, I think the price was too expensive and I checked in at night though the key card was issued for the room that someone else already in it. So we have to come down to get another room. It was on a fifth floor but we were down to the 3rd floor next to the HVAC unit outside which was loud. It was not a bad stay or service but I wish it was better for $199. I wish we get a better room for that price.

The hotel has its own golf course; the hotel itself is a 4-star Hilton, which is quite satisfactory; the breakfast is relatively expensive, about $40 plus tax and tip; the overall experience is normal, neither amazing nor disappointing.

We were really excited about visiting this hotel for our trip to the Chicago area. We pulled in and went up to our rooms and all was good until we went to the Executive Lounge. This is the first lounge in the world that we went to as a family that turned us away. They are very strict and only allow the Diamond member plus one guest (even if you book two rooms). They also do not give the daily food and beverage credit so there is no way to really utilize their benefit unless you leave your children or half your family out of the lounge. One of the reasons we booked this property was for the breakfast in the lounge and without it the value was low for us. I stopped at the front desk and asked if we would be able to shorten our stay by one night without penalty. The representative adjusted our reservations and said it would be fine. We checked out the next morning and switched to the DoubleTree Suites (far more family friendly!). We realized my youngest daughter left her stuffed animal in her room and went back to the hotel to see if they found it. Somehow they still had us checked into our room and hadn't shortened our reservations! So now I was paying for two hotels. This was last week and I still haven't received a refund for this hotel. I wouldn't have switched hotels if I knew I would be paying for two! We also overheard the front desk talking to a guest about checking in early and they charge a fee to check in before 1PM, even if your room is ready. Seems like they are really trying to squeeze every penny out of their guests and it makes a nice property turn into a frustrating one. I will never stay at this hotel again unless they become more family friendly. I absolutely can't stand chasing down refunds and having to argue for what I was promised, very very frustrating!

Property is excellent. Offers all the amenities. housekeeping staff excellent. Would have liked Starbucks to be opened every day – instead of intermittently. I understand limiting amenities in the room – a pen and paper would’ve been nice. Accessibility room was great for me. I was very disappointed that I could not add Hilton rewards or my Southwest miles to my bank.
