Club Wyndham Patriots’ Place

We got one of the remodeled rooms this time around. It was nice with the larger fridge, but the unit was somehow smaller than the one I had in building 17. When we first arrived, the perfumed cleaner they used was permeating and we had to leave the windows open for the night. I almost asked for another room, but it cleared out enough to where it was tolerable. They had also removed the table and chairs "to make more room" and we had to request they bring them back in. The maintenance men had them there within the hour. Super quick and always very friendly! The one even fixed our fan light so it was permanently off for our stay as the switch was not working. These units also connect to your neighbor's room, so a noisy neighbor might be an issue. Just take earplugs to be on safe side. We got lucky and had quiet neighbors. I did ask for an upstairs unit just in case we got a building with little ones. There are plenty of events and activities for evening time. They have a pool, a gas firepit with rocking chairs, a gazebo with a pool table and grills to use, cornhole boards and putting green. We saw signs for movie night and other events hosted by Wyndham there and other locations. You could easily spend every night there after dinner. The "not" timeshare presentation is a pain, but worth it for the free weeks. For those who have the money and like to vacation, it might be worth it! The resorts are nice in Williamsburg based on the two I have stayed at so far. You do get your money back as they promise.

The furniture and decor is VERY outdated. The grills were filthy. The walls are paper thin, people holding conversation feels like they are literally in the same room. The pool area is not monitored for disruptive behavior. Was a terrible experience.

The furniture was old, couch was small and uncomfortable, not a lot of table top space. I wouldn’t recommend this resort.

Everything about this place was great, it was super clean? Access to lots of stores and activities. Staff was awesome too.

I was met with great front desk, check-in and an excellent concierge staff that showed me what to do on Williamsburg where to go and how to save a bunch of money. I actually also got a free week to come back. I already booked my next trip and it feels great to save so much money.

I stayed a week here. The facility was clean and well maintained. My unit was in good shape and stocked well. The pool and hot tub were operational and clean. I did not, however, like the fact that the television and internet kept cutting in and out throughout my stay. On the heavy rain days (about half my trip), it was hard to relax while staying in because of the erratic entertainment situation stemming from inconsistent internet and cable television. I didn't get a chance to utilize the fitness center, but i did utilize the pool and the hot tub. There's also a fire pit, gaming tent, and grills that guests can enjoy while staying here, which i did not utilize also, but did look well maintained. All in all, I think it was a good stay, and I enjoyed it, in addition to visiting family and friends.
