I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The bartender was awesome. Kerri was very attentive and was able to handle herself with extreme confidence while serving multiple guest.

This Holiday Inn is particularly beautiful, located near several restaurants and a few minutes from Historic Williamsburg and William & Mary. The lobby is gorgeous, has an unassuming bar and a small restaurant. The gym is surprisingly well-outfitted, and there is an indoor pool and very clean hot tub. The room was a double queen, and was very nice. Larger-than-average in-room fridge, comfortable beds and bedding, working A/C that responded to controls, TV. Free WiFi. Dove products in the bathroom. Ice machine on the floor. The breakfast is not free, but is AMAZING and 100% worth the $16/pp ($10/pp if you book with your room.) Even trying to be nit picky, the only negatives were that the pool is not heated and was quite cold when we went in (but the hot tub was right there, so no biggie) and the pool towels are hand-towel size. Really, this hotel is clean, comfortable, aesthetically pleasing, the food is delicious, the service was super polite and professional, and it has everything you need for a short hotel stay. Perfect place, and decent price for Williamsburg.

Relaxing stay with friendly, helpful, and kind staff. We were checked in with Andreus. in the middle of a huge storm. He was kind and we were checked in quickly. And, he reassured us that there was a good back-up generator. He was always pleasant and greeted us when he saw us during our stay. Marian and Fernanda were pleasant, friendly, and welcoming when we came for our yummy breakfast. They were quick to greet us and always there to help. Sasha was pleasant and helpful with housekeeping request. She went above and beyond to provide assistance. And, at check-out, Sam was kind and helpful. Great staff and relaxing and comfortable surroundings made this trip extra special.

Wonderful stay!
Check-in was great! The front desk attendant was able to assign or party’s rooms on the same floor across the hall from each other.. We stayed in a two bedroom suite which had plenty of room for our family of six. The bathrooms had Dove brand shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion. The bed was comfortable. Definitely we would stay here again.

Fast check-in, check-out. Nice and friendly front desk lady.
Suites are spacious, clean and quiet.
One big complain is that they don't leave any bottle of water in the room, you need to purchase them down stairs.
