From the super comfortable beds to the exceptional housekeeping, this hotel has it all. Housekeepers did an excellent job keeping our room fresh and clean. Nadya greeted us warmly every time we passed the front desk. The breakfast lady, I think her name is Peggy, she was very friendly! Highly recommended!

Worst mattress I have ever slept on! I was awake all night. Every time I dozed off I woke up a short time later in horrible pain. At 4:15 I have completely given up and went to get coffee. I waited 15 minutes for some hot water they call coffee. I travel and this is not the place to stay if you want a comfortable bed. That’s all I want! Tru did not deliver. Have not had the free breakfast yet but that really would not matter to me. Do NOT stay here

Great staying! They have a pool table, the hotel is very nice and clean , Nadya was super professional and sweet. Highly recommend this location

We had a great stay at this Tru by Hilton. The executive housekeeping manager Janet helped to get us checked in before going to Carowinds The room had a challenge with the a/c, she followed through with maintenance. The unit was fixed when we returned the 2nd day from Carowinds. The hotel is handy to lots in Fort Mills- Charlotte- 10 min from Carowinds - handy to 77 The front desk staff is friendly and very accommodating. They are very short staffed, but everyone is working very hard to make their guests’ stay very pleasant. Janet seems to be involved in every aspect of the running of this hotel- the management is very lucky to have her as an employee.

Me and my family had a wonderful vacation we went to Carowinds for our family reunion and I have to say my favorite part of the whole trip was relaxing at the hotel afterwards the rooms and hangout areas were super clean all the linens smelled fresh and not to mention the free breakfast was fantastic! It was the first time I've seen my kids excited to wake up early and they even made there own pancakes for breakfast

WOW just WOW!! We planned our family reunion here and we all were just amazed how our stay went. The whole staff was very attentive. Before we could ask for towels they were knocking on door offering them. We stayed down stairs as there was a big group of us. Nadiya and Janet made us feel VIP. At the end they were just one of the family. Being g OCD with cleaning Ness I struggle with hotels. Room 222 never once felt like anything out of place. We cant wait to return and see so many great faces again.
