We were told when we booked cars were allowed and the manager told us they weren't even though they charged me 53 dollars 3 times for one car without my permission

The hotel was very clean, the staff was nice. We really enjoyed the breakfast. We will definitely stay again. We love the fact that it’s near everything

We came to visit Carowinds for Labor Day Weekend. The hotel was close to the park. The breakfast wasn't bad. We will stay here again. The only issue was trying to get out the parking lot because the traffic to Carowinds had it blocked up. Eventually some people were nice enough to let us out. There were some restaurants,Circle K and a liquor store that was close. I walked to Famous Dave's Barbecue and I really enjoyed it.

The lobby place had a very bad smell. The room service lady smelled of **** and I didn’t feel safe letting her in the room with my kids there. Breakfast area was dirty. Overall very poor condition.

Get location, but hotel REALLY needs to be updated. We stay here a lot but mainly for the proximity to Carowinds. Staff are nice.

I absolutely love this hotel we messed up and booked the wrong one to start with and because I'm one of the choice member we got it all worked out and we ended up staying at the comfort inn fort Mills and this is the best hotel around Carowinds I love this boy it's always clean the management is wonderful and they go out of their way to make sure everything that you need everything that you ask for is right there readily available and they're there to take care of you I appreciate these people very much and really enjoy staying at their establishment is you're looking for a place to stay definitely deal with these people because you will have an awesome experience. And it's literally right outside Carowinds so you don't have to go anywhere everything's right there at your fingertips it's a wonderful place filled with wonderful people and great breakfast make sure if you have to stay around Carowinds this is the place you choose!!! It's worth it beyond value!!!!
