This home has everything you need for a week at the beach. Free standing small ( think tiny house) condo cottage, one of seven known as Moody Sands Villas. This cottage is 3 back from the beach. The loft area is tucked up under the roof, ceiling is low. You reach the loft via a library ladder. Best suited for older child or small adult, I love to go up there to read. Open the skylight and see hear and smell the ocean. Lay under the stars at night. There is a small soaking tub and hand held shower. Larger out door showers are also available. This home has only one parking spot, and early check in is not allowed without prior approval. Awesome cottage!
We had a wonderful time. The cottage is super cute and right on Moody’s beach. It was very quiet and relaxing. Outdoor showers were awesome to clean off salt and sand. Highly recommend.

Tiny House with a great location. The cabin was filled with everything you could need for a sandy time at the beach. A true throwback to my childhood beach vacations. Steps to the ocean and what a great town at the end of the beach!

We loved staying here! The cottage is so cute, love the tub, the parking was easy, the people were friendly, the host was very nice and accomodating, but most of all you cant beat the location! Absolutely beautiful and actually steps to the private, beautiful beach! Would love to stay again!

Perfection
It's tight quarters, but what a spot! To get up, grab a cup of coffee, and walk right out my door and watch the sunrise over the ocean? Magical. Peaceful. Divine.

Sweet cottage on the beach
We loved this little cottage! It was well equipped with everything we needed for 2 nights and it was right on Moody Beach. A little tight for 2 adults and a tall teen, but we made it work and it was a wonderful get away. We didn’t want to leave!

Very cute place, steps to lovely beach. Useful kitchen. Full bed takes up most of the space. Would benefit from a futon to make room to move & sit.
