Very nice check-in clerk who was very helpful. Given room 120 but after unpacking and picking up dinner, room was still very cold. Clerk, came to room and determined that heater was broken. Moved us next door (luckily) and all good. Both rooms had broken lampshade brackets, 120, worse than 118 and worn lampshades. This sets a uncared for tone. I think housekeeping should report this and replace. It's a common flaw in Comfort Inns. Tub was slippy but there was a grab bar on the wall outside shower curtain.
