酒店位置很好，房間夠大，衞生很不錯，前台服務周到，停車場也挺大，停車方便，周邊吃飯、超市都方便，早餐也算豐富。

自駕遊，臨時決定住在永州，凌晨2點入住了瀟湘意酒店。2.4米的大床房好舒服，房間乾淨，設施齊全，酒店視野好，樓下就有麥當勞。早餐品種豐富，粉超級好吃。
帶着喜悦的心情開開心心退房了，快到高速口才想起來孩子的牙套忘在了房間的桌子上了，心情特別著急的我趕緊給前台打電話，讓他們留意一下是否看見了牙套，過了一會我再打電話告訴我牙套就在呢。此時，我焦慮的心情一下就舒緩了。到了酒店，直奔12層，看到牙套的瞬間眼淚都快出來了。
在此，我特別感謝12樓的客房部李女兵女士，是她的細心（我把牙套放在了餐巾紙上），讓孩子的牙套才失而復得。為她的敬業精神點贊。我不停地和她道謝，她不停地和我説不用謝，這是她們應該做的。再次感謝李女兵，您用責任心感動了我。同時，我也感謝酒店，能聘任到這麼愛崗的員工真的好福氣！
