優點:1.衞生做的好，保潔阿姨工作負責。
2.位置較好，離東山景區、新華書店近。百米開外。
不足:房間外圍吵，喧鬧。東山路也是主路，廣場舞的喇叭（21:00後仍未結束）。樓下新疆燒烤攤的户外音箱。
工作人員，中規中矩。
住宿體驗，噪音是污染源。
