GGuest UserLocated in a very quiet small country, the environment is beautiful and the air is fresh. The hotel is very beautiful and the facilities are rich. The public area is very large. From the sofa to the carpet and vase, it is very stylish. There is a billiard room and gym, and bicycles can be borrowed. It is very comfortable to ride a bicycle around the village. The rooms are spacious and well equipped. The rooms facing the lake have a large balcony. Sitting on the balcony and looking at the water is very relaxing. It is recommended to use this as a weekend relaxation choice. The staff's service attitude is also very good, will take the initiative to ask about the needs, have Amway to relatives and friends, look forward to coming again next time.

AAnonymous UserThe mountain is quieter, but the tide is heavier and the health is OK! The boss is more enthusiastic. If you go to Genting, they have a package ticket, which is more than ten yuan more than the official discount. If you need it, you can buy it at home!

GGuest UserIt's been a long time since I stayed in a hotel/resort so comfortably and satisfied. The last time I felt this way was at Six Senses in Seychelles 6 years ago. This can be regarded as the second direct-operated store of Ctrip Farm. According to Manager Wang here, this store was personally selected by Mr. Liang's wife. Chixi Township, where the farm belongs, belongs to Yongtai County, Fuzhou City. The surrounding environment is so beautiful. There are mountains and water. It is very quiet at night and the air is very fresh in the morning.
There are only 11 independent rooms in the farm. We stayed in a 66-square-meter suite with a tatami living room. The overall room space is very large, with a viewing balcony and a private outdoor barbecue area. You can see rape flowers, mountains and lakes from every floor-to-ceiling window in the room. The room design is also very reasonable, simple but warm. The 2-meter big bed has the right softness and hardness, and it is very comfortable to sleep.
The farm's restaurant is really good. Ctrip must have spent a lot of effort in finding a chef. There are many farmhouse dishes and restaurants within a 15-minute drive, but they are not as comfortable and cozy as eating in the farm restaurant. The price is definitely not cheap, after all, they are taking the route of high-end resorts. Breakfast has nine-square grid and vegetarian noodles to choose from. We asked for two eggs and sweet potatoes for our fur children, and they were happy to help us. On the morning of the departure, they were specially packed in plastic bags for us to take away. There were also fermented rice balls in the evening. There were fruits and nuts in the afternoon. The coffee was freshly ground and made at the front desk, and it tasted very good. There were also enough bottled water in the room, 6 bottles, and it was replenished every day. The farm is very pet-friendly, and the fur children are also very happy to stay.
Xiao Li at the front desk is very hard-working and enthusiastic, and the service attitude is very good. He tries his best to answer and solve any problems. Manager Wang has personally inspected the attractions around Yongtai and knows them very well. He will enthusiastically introduce us to places where it is more convenient and not too tiring to take the dog.
There are some minor issues with the software and hardware, so I won't go into details. I believe Manager Wang is aware of them and has already solved them.
I'm already planning my next trip to the Ctrip Farm.

KKelvin OeySpace Pod Capsule (white UFO shaped) rooms are not available. I was clickbaited with the picture shown on Trip.com app.
The check-in counter said that the capsule room we booked isn’t ready yet, so they gave us an upgraded room, which is turned out as a normal square (apartment vibe) boring room. (Check my pictures) Boo-yah!
When i explore the area, i found the space pod capsules in a restricted area & don't think they're operating them anymore (just as the glass slides).
Stand-outs:
+ the Receptionist & concierge are very friendly & english spoken!
+ the Hotsprings are tremendous, 50 ponds in total of outdoor & indoor ponds. (consider to start visiting by the time it’s opened which is from 2:30 PM until sunset around 6PM). Then continue to dine at the restaurant afterwards. We took ab 4,5hours to finish all the 50 ponds lol. This is like a (man-made not natural) Hotspring Wonderland!
+ kids-friendly which is smoke free & we required to wear swimsuit (unlike japanese onsen which req us to be totally naked).

GGuest UserThe hardware facilities are consistent with the graphic description, but the reservation information clearly states that there is an indoor swimming pool. When we arrived, they said that the swimming pool was closed. The disposable slippers were wet and could not be used, so they asked for two more pairs of slippers. The first time I called the customer service, they replied that there were no slippers in the room? They still needed to be delivered. I waited for an hour but no one delivered them. I called again and asked again. After a long time, someone finally came to deliver them, and they only delivered one pair. When did I have to file an application report to use disposable supplies when I checked in? Breakfast was served at 8 o'clock. It was normal for many people to come during the Chinese New Year, so it would be unreasonable if the food was not increased. After eating, I wanted the room to deliver two more bottles of water, and they said each bottle was 2 yuan. I believe that with such frugal service, the turnover of your hotel will surely flourish.

The only drawback is that the front desk has to go to the back to copy information, which is not so convenient, especially when you are in a hurry. I feel that we still have to provide convenience to the guests. We can’t do anything. It must be completed before the business center gets off work. It needs to be improved.

GGuest UserI really enjoyed my experience in this hotel and the staff were very welcoming. We booked 3 rooms, and they upgraded 2 of our rooms for free for our convenience, so that our family could be together. The outdoor hot spring experience was also great. There were over 10 hot springs to choose from, and they were very clean with great views. We also had dinner at the Chinese restaurant within the hotel. I would recommend getting the combo meal (depending on the number of your party), to taste a little bit of everything. The free breakfast selection is also great, ranging from appetizers to desserts. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay here and would highly recommend this hotel.
The only downside is that they don't have change if you pay in cash, so make sure you have WeChat Pay or AliPay.

AAtaoluodaoyuxinThe location is very good, just opposite the Tianchi Scenic Area, and the shuttle bus to the Grand Canyon is at the door, which is convenient for travel. The room is relatively small but has all the facilities, which is the standard of a general express hotel. The quilt is a little damp, but it is understandable in the mountains. The air conditioner is probably not washed, and it smells very bad when the heater is turned on. However, when I went there, although the weather was cold, I didn't need the heater. The Haohan Restaurant at the entrance can only be said to be average. It costs 160 to order three dishes without a set meal. The cost performance is slightly low, but it is in the scenic area and on the mountain, which is not unacceptable. There are no activities at night. You can only watch the stars. The air is very good and you can see many stars.
In short, it is acceptable. After all, the price did not increase by more than 600 yuan a night during the May Day holiday, and it also comes with a double scenic spot package. It is very conscientious. The room price is only more than 300 yuan a night, which is about the same price as the express hotel at the foot of the mountain. If you want good conditions, you can only live in the Yu Hot Spring at the foot of the mountain or the county town.
