房型比較滿意，私湯很棒。但房間設施有點老舊了，USB接口接觸不太好，電視機的按鈕不太靈敏。其他都很好。

這次旅行，酒店總體來説還可以；小孩玩的也挺開心；温泉方面勉勉強強 ，可能因為還沒到真正的旺季，好幾個泡湯池還沒開放；但有一點，讓人很不舒服，我感覺完全對不起這1500左右一晚的房間：晚上去洗衣房洗衣，竟然要自己帶洗衣粉 我想不明白，難道酒店就差這洗衣粉的經費？

酒店的環境和硬件不錯，基本上君瀾度假酒店風格，且維護的還算不錯。前台入住辦理很快，房間送了點心和歡迎水果，服務也算是有求必應。
但是還有有幾點吐槽：
1、作為一家温泉度假酒店，温泉下午兩點開始營業到晚上十點。我們當天下午7、8點到店，吃過晚飯9點，問前台營業時間衹説到10點，想着第二天早上去泡温泉，結果發現沒人，其他住客提醒才知道下午兩點營業。而我們長途旅行本來想着是過來休整放鬆的，幸虧訂的是私湯房型，否則白跑一趟一趟。温泉營業時間預訂頁面還有入住時都沒有提醒。衹住一晚非常不友好，這趟温泉沒有體驗。
2、房間空調，無論怎麼調也就能維持22度出頭，泡湯出來有點涼。
3、房間沒有標配一次性拖鞋，只有塑料拖鞋，電話去前台後很快送來。
4、餐廳有點一言難盡，當天自助餐廳被包場，能去的只有中餐廳，去的時候8點多吧，只有一兩桌客人在吃飯，其他台基本都已經撤了，但是桌面還有地上到處都是食物殘渣，雖然幫我們清了一個台，但周圍環境實在沒什麼胃口，菜品也不多，最後出去吃了。但服務態度還是禮貌周到的。

房間是在1樓最盡頭，房間異味很重，很潮濕，然後最角落的這間樓上的下水管的排水的時侯聲音很大聲，然後空調外機好像也是在外面，聲音也很大！！窗簾很薄，整間房間都很亮，影響睡眠質量！！最後一間的房間千萬不要訂，一樓沒有所謂風景！！！

服務很好，前台主動提出升級房型，遇到問題解決及時。自助晚餐人很多，菜品比較普通。但早餐整體品質較高，值得肯定。
