入住當天半夜到的，酒店工作人員服務態度超級好，一直等着我們，安排好入住才下班回家。山裡空氣清新，半夜天上能看到很多星星，很喜歡酒店的大陽台，山景非常棒。

時隔快三個月我才來評論，當時真的很無力。而且完全沒有時間顧忌這個事情，先説酒店，酒店本身在山上，環境依山傍水，但是酒店硬件軟件都非常一般，就是民宿，並且我住的時候是他們重新翻新前的最後一天，所有娛樂設施什麼都沒有。衹能宅房間，房間硬件不好，尤其我住的菱形房，孩子需要爬上爬下，我們也看管好好地。但是在床的旁邊是非常鋒利的邊緣！我沒想到再睡覺前孩子會磕到床邊！導致一個大包並且流血！事後不管是當時所謂的管還是客服，都沒有人主動關心，只有我找管家要雞蛋和創可貼，第二天也無人詢問！我真的非常心寒！在酒店附件沒有任何吃飯的地方，我們衹能酒店吃，菜金很貴！後來攜程農莊酒店還來回訪酒店感受怎麼樣，我在上班，我也説了當時情況，至今什麼反饋都沒有。我現在需要給我處理當時的問題！
