If I can give this homestay 10 stars, I would because I had an absolutely wonderful experience at this homestay. Thanks to the incredibly kind and hospitable owner who made us feel like family. The owner, who was the sole caretaker of the entire house, went out of her way to ensure our comfort and well-being. She personally helped us with laundry, shared warm smiles, and even provided traditional medicines like hot tea to help soothe my cough. Her genuine care and attention made our stay not just comfortable, but truly heartwarming.
The homestay itself is located in the beautiful Furong Ancient Town, a serene and laid-back town in Hunan Province that offers a glimpse into a millennium-old town with rich history and culture. It’s the perfect place to soak in the slow-paced, authentic charm of traditional Chinese life. I highly encourage everyone to visit Furong Ancient Town and experience its unique blend of history, tranquility, and local hospitality.
If you’re looking for a homely stay where you’ll be treated like family, and a chance to explore one of China’s charming ancient towns, this homestay is the perfect choice. It’s a memorable experience that I will cherish forever!
P.S. The restaurant just beside the homestay serves the best Humba and Bamboo Shoots. Our family loved the Hunanese dishes.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, offering excellent service. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the location is quite convenient, being close to the tourist attractions. Overall, I had a very good experience and would definitely recommend it!

This hotel is nestled on a charming cobblestone street, just a leisurely 10-minute walk from the scenic area. The proprietress was incredibly warm and offered outstanding service. Every restaurant she recommended was excellent, with one even conveniently located just diagonally across from the hotel. She truly went above and beyond: she even took me on her scooter to charge my electric bike and was ready to ride me back to the hotel afterwards! She kept a close eye on umbrellas left in the lobby, and when I once forgot my phone there, she personally made sure it was kept safe for me. On my departure, I accidentally left my watch in the room, and the cleaning staff actually chased after me to return it. All in all, this place gets a massive thumbs up!

Due to my elderly partner's mobility issues, the staff kindly arranged a first-floor room for us. The room was spotlessly clean, very hygienic, and comfortably dry. We really appreciated the complimentary station pickup, and the staff were incredibly warm and helpful, offering great tips about the local attractions. The location is excellent, close to the scenic area, and it was wonderfully quiet at night. We'll definitely be back and will highly recommend this place to our friends.
