1.房間設施老舊，衞生間的衞生極差，地上瓷磚全是縫隙臟臟的很噁心，晚上床單上還發現了很多飛蟲。孩子都不願意蓋酒店的被子，感覺使用很久洗不乾淨了！
2.前台服務員態度差，愛答不理，邊打電話邊處理訂單，磨蹭半天讓我們等了很久。我不知道是不是老闆的親戚，否則不太能理解這樣的員工也敢要嗎？
3. 7月份室外34度的天氣，空調一點不製冷，感覺就是吹風機，房間悶熱，住宿體驗很差。
4.早餐就更不用提了，鄉村級別的配製，人多時自助米線一掃而空且等，一點炒素菜 煎蛋 真沒有想吃的味口。
去過雲南很多地方也住了不少小縣城的酒店，對比之下這裏除了江邊景色温泉特色外，硬件及衞生 服務算是體驗最差的了。

雖然房間比較簡陋，但是可以穿着浴袍走到温泉，温泉裏面可以有餐廳直接點菜，温泉池也很多，各種小池和好幾個大池

來了好幾次了，永勝温泉天花板，比較隨性的温泉酒店，運營非常成功，到處貼滿了A4紙打印的説明文件。入住的房間補差價後可以看金沙江，可惜沒有陽台，減少了觀感體驗。衞生間沒有設計明窗，馬桶總有一股上一個客人預留的尿騷味。餐廳炒菜很好吃，味道真的值得推薦。前台服務員感覺坐在一個非常噪雜的環境內工作，穿得再漂亮氣質再好態度再熱情也好像被身出的環境埋沒了資本。接待處用亂七八糟凌亂無序物品隨意擺放形容絕不為過。可是我們還是喜歡這家的温泉！確實很贊👍所謂一招鮮吃遍天！有道理！國際慣例五星好評。
