被分配了個地下一層的房間，設施一般，最難受的是非常冷，空調開半天不管用。打電話問前台，説是集中供暖，空調不制熱是自然風，整晚都沒暖和過來。另外，找前台要一次性刮鬍刀，居然衹給刀具沒有刮鬍子塗的泡沫，問客户説只有刀具，簡直無語了。。。
