房屋設施挺新的，服務態度也很好，還有電梯，對提行李箱的人很友好，周圍不臨主街，晚上挺安靜。唯一有一點，衞生間下水管道裝修的時候沒有包隔音棉，樓上馬桶沖水就會聲音很大，特別是夜深人靜的時候
