我是2024.09.24-25入住該酒店，預訂的是行政大床房，房間面積是34平方米（見附圖），晚上入住後發現房間面積小，以為自己預訂錯了，另外時間很晚了，就直接睡覺了，早上起來看看訂單發現沒有預訂錯誤，大約早上7:00左右打電話問前台，前台説房間是行政大床房，大約8:00到前台打水單隨便又王了一下前台，本來沒有這個問題當回事，可是前台的回答讓我懵圈了，前台説行政大床房有的房間大，有的房間小，有的房間有辦公桌，有的沒有辦公桌。我入住花了酒店最貴的價格，卻入住了房間最小、條件最差的房間，氣憤的是酒店態度極差，沒有任何抱歉的態度，我與前台説要投訴她們，前台直接説投訴吧。經攜程溝通，酒店想給我50元錢私了，我不同意，後經攜程溝通，取消訂單，全額退款。另外酒店的電視不能開，1個台都沒有，早餐是份餐，很差。真心希望當地工商管理部門加強對該酒店的管理。
