I often stay in this hotel. I am very familiar with the front desk. The service is very considerate. They all know what kind of room I like to stay in. The hotel is very conveniently located. There are Powerlong Plaza, Dasixiang Cultural Street, and Snack Street nearby, which is very convenient. The breakfast is rich and delicious, I especially like the tea eggs and Yongkang special meat and wheat cakes

The breakfast was delicious and the smart room was very comfortable, so I extended my stay for another afternoon. The location is very good and ordering takeout is very convenient. The most satisfying experience! If you go to Yongkang, I highly recommend this hotel. I needed to use the computer at around one o'clock in the middle of the night and found that the plug did not match mine. I went to the front desk to ask for it. The front desk and the security guard worked together to find a way to help me solve the problem. They searched the warehouse so that I could submit the materials in time! Very clean. After many trips, it is rare that I dare to use the bath towels in their store. The breakfast is exquisite!

Everything else was fine, but the female front desk clerk had to give me a bad review on the morning of the 10th. She promised to issue an invoice for me, but it has not come for 2 days. I don’t know if she has to change shifts, so I just ignored it and called her. I'm asking, it affects the experience too much.

Recently We visited Yongkang, and found the Perfect place. Great Hospitality, Perfect location and perfect Staff. Especially Miss Zhang. And her team. (Owner lady too.) We being at new place new country with lot of language barrier but still they were ready to help, even though they don't know English but they never got angry but always communicated using translator. Especially front desk Girl Miss Zhang. She is doing great job. Only problem here was Food, since they have only breakfast which was. Pretty good, but no other meal. And we being pure vegetarian had to suffer as all hotels nearby by offer only non veg.
