I went to the hotel without making a reservation and asked if I could see the room and make a reservation first. The lady at the front desk showed us the room without saying a word. It was indeed not too different from the pictures. The environment with large entrance and exit is also very good. Although it faces the street, there is not much noise. There is a parking place for parking. The key is that the ladies at the front desk are sweet and their smiles are very contagious. 自上世紀末，回老家走親訪友知道了紫薇花園賓館，以後經常是首選入住的酒店，現在雖然沒有以前大擺宴席這麼熱鬧，服務精神依舊誠懇有加，性價比非常高，現在的環境比以前更加整潔清凈，晚上入睡非常靜謐安逸，早餐有地方特色的永康肉麥餅，凌晨入住，早晨來晚了沒有吃到，酒店前台程經理獲知後，立馬現做了二個送上房間，後來出發前，看到了新鮮的椰子，非常驚喜，立馬挑了二個，還是程經理，挑的椰子非常棒，因為晚上自己挑了一個，遠遠不如程經理挑的，椰子水清甜涼爽，入口沁人心脾，感覺遠超海南喝到的椰子水，而且價錢比海南便宜啊，真是意想不到，足以見到程經理的道商文化，做生意講究一個道字，雖然程經理不姓胡，但絕對有胡公的“公為天下”之氣度，開椰子直接橫鑽，發揮浙江人的聰明才智，沒必要費盡心思從頂部入口，或者大刀砍，程經理不愧是80或者90後業務經理的佼佼者，對於顧客是相當的忠誠，以後回老家，如果不訂紫薇花園賓館，有點對不起程經理團隊的忠心耿耿，俠肝義膽，非常感動人的好經理，年輕有為的程經理，可惜雨天趕高鐵，忘記要程經理的聯繫方式，過幾個月還是衹能從老朋友攜程旅行網定了。
由於程經理的出現，第二天的行程超過預期安排，找到了十幾年前的心心念唸的青山綠水楊溪水庫，渡口，還見到了難得一見的山頂雲霧繚繞的美景，又兜了一圈方巖山，下午又探望了幾個老朋友，感覺程經理還是一位福星，程經理一來，彌陀佛一樣笑容可掬，接下來辦事，一帆風順了！

It rained heavily and decided to stay in Yongkang for one night. When I arrived at the hotel, I was upgraded to a suite, but it was useless to me. I just slept for one night. The car key was put at the front desk and moved to the parking lot behind the next morning. But what I want to complain about is the hotel's self-service washing machine. It has not been dried for a night. It can't open the door in the middle. It is called the security uncle in the middle of the night. It has been dried three times. It is still wet in the morning. It is better to hang directly in the room.

MManeGaneshRecently We visited Yongkang, and found the Perfect place. Great Hospitality, Perfect location and perfect Staff. Especially Miss Zhang. And her team. (Owner lady too.) We being at new place new country with lot of language barrier but still they were ready to help, even though they don't know English but they never got angry but always communicated using translator. Especially front desk Girl Miss Zhang. She is doing great job. Only problem here was Food, since they have only breakfast which was. Pretty good, but no other meal. And we being pure vegetarian had to suffer as all hotels nearby by offer only non veg. But it has nothing to do with Hotel services, I hope I do come back here in future and experience the same.

If I hadn’t discovered it after I was already ready to take a shower, I would have asked the front desk to try to get in and take a shower. It would be even scarier. Yes, the person who checked out before opening the toilet didn't flush it. I'm speechless. Didn't the hotel aunt clean it? Why!
