It rained heavily and decided to stay in Yongkang for one night. When I arrived at the hotel, I was upgraded to a suite, but it was useless to me. I just slept for one night. The car key was put at the front desk and moved to the parking lot behind the next morning. But what I want to complain about is the hotel's self-service washing machine. It has not been dried for a night. It can't open the door in the middle. It is called the security uncle in the middle of the night. It has been dried three times. It is still wet in the morning. It is better to hang directly in the room.

This time I gave the hotel a very bad review, which is really unbearable. The bathroom I was given was room 301, which was unimaginably small. If I hadn’t discovered it after I was already ready to take a shower, I would have asked the front desk to try to get in and take a shower. It would be even scarier. Yes, the person who checked out before opening the toilet didn't flush it. I'm speechless. Didn't the hotel aunt clean it? Why! I went to the Convention and Exhibition Center to look at the products and placed an order for this hotel after seeing promotions. The bed was very comfortable and the front desk service was very good and considerate. The hotel is hygienic and clean, the price is affordable and very practical. I like the couch very much. The most satisfying experience! If you go to Yongkang, I highly recommend this hotel. I needed to use the computer at around one o'clock in the middle of the night and found that the plug did not match mine. I went to the front desk to ask for it. The front desk and the security guard worked together to find a way to help me solve the problem. They searched the warehouse so that I could submit the materials in time! Very clean. After many trips, it is rare that I dare to use the bath towels in their store. The breakfast is exquisite!

MManeGaneshRecently We visited Yongkang, and found the Perfect place. Great Hospitality, Perfect location and perfect Staff. Especially Miss Zhang. And her team. (Owner lady too.) We being at new place new country with lot of language barrier but still they were ready to help, even though they don't know English but they never got angry but always communicated using translator. Especially front desk Girl Miss Zhang. She is doing great job. Only problem here was Food, since they have only breakfast which was. Pretty good, but no other meal. And we being pure vegetarian had to suffer as all hotels nearby by offer only non veg. But it has nothing to do with Hotel services, I hope I do come back here in future and experience the same.
